Road open with speed restrictions, SH23, Raglan

State Highway 23 has reopened after a serious crash in the area earlier today.

The road will operate at the reduced speed of 30km/h while an oil spill is cleared.

Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area and drive with caution.

Police thank motorists for their patience.
