Police are seeking help from the public following an assault in Barrington Park last week.

At around 9pm Saturday 3 December a woman was assaulted, near the alleyway to Sugden Street, Barrington Park.

Police are following a number of enquiries following the incident.

We are seeking assistance from the community and anyone who was in the area at the time. 

“This was a traumatic ordeal and the victim is receiving support from family and friends.”

We understand the community will be on high alert, Police want to reassure them we are working hard to find the person responsible.

If you were in the area around the time and noticed anything suspicious please get in contact.

Please contact Police if you have CCTV, dash-cam footage, or any information that may assist Police in their investigation.
