Motorists are advised of traffic congestion on State Highway 1 north of Waikanae following a single vehicle crash.
It happened around 9am in the southbound lane.
While there are not thought to be serious injuries, one lane is blocked and traffic is slow.
Motorists are asked to have patience and delay travel if possible.
