Name release – fatal crash, Charleston

Police can now name the man who died following a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 6 near Charleston on 15 October.

He was Luke Henry Douglas, 37.

Police extend their condolences to his family and friends at this time.

Enquiries into the crash are ongoing.
