Police are attending a serious crash in Burkes Pass.
Emergency services were alerted to the three truck crash at around 8:50am.
An update on injuries will be provided when able.
State Highway 8 is closed at the snow gates on either side of the pass.
The road will be closed for much of the day while staff attend and examine the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit has been notified and will be attending.
