Media are advised that Police will hold a stand-up today in relation to the Sockburn homicide and Police shooting in Kaiapoi last night.
Canterbury District Commander Superintendent John Price will speak to media at midday today.
Media are asked to gather outside the Justice and Emergency Services Precinct at 11:50.
