One person has died in a crash in Karioitahi, near Waiuku, today.
At 8.30am today a caller reported seeing a car submerged in water near the intersection with Awhitu Road and Mayhead Road.
Emergency services found a woman deceased in the car.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way.
