Police are at the scene of a crash in Orewa, where one person has died this afternoon.
The single vehicle crash was reported at 2.08pm on Cammish Lane, Orewa.
During the incident the vehicle has collided with two other vehicles and a building.
Sadly, one person has since died at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised and will be examining the scene.
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area while cordons are in place.
