Emergency services are currently responding to a report of a house fire on Mana Esplanade between Mana View Road and Pascoe Ave.
The road has been closed as a precaution and a diversion is in place, which will add significant travel time.
Police ask motorists to take an alternative route or delay travel if possible, or expect delays.
