Emergency services are in attendance at a two-car crash on River Road, Fairfield, which happened around 9:15pm.
It is understood there are critical injuries involved.
River Road is closed between Oakley Ave and the Fairfield bridge.
Motorists are also asked to avoid Boundary Road in this area also.
Investigations into the circumstances of the crash are underway.
