The committee stage of the Ngāti Rangitihi Claims Settlement Bill was completed.

The Ngāti Rangitihi Claims Settlement Bill was read a third time.

An instruction to the Justice Committee on its consideration of the COVID-19 Response (Courts Safety) Legislation Bill was agreed. The bill is to be reported by 31 March 2022, and the committee has authority to meet at any time while the House is sitting (except during oral questions), during any evening on a day on which there has been a sitting of the House, and on a Friday in a week in which there has been a sitting of the House, despite Standing Orders 193 and 196.

The committee stage of the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2021-22, GST, and Remedial Matters) Bill was interrupted during the debate on Part 4.
