Police seek information following car fire, Invercargill

Police are seeking information from the public following a car fire near Lorneville earlier this month.

Police were called to Lorneville Dacre Road at around 3:35am on Sunday, 20 March.

Earlier, staff attended a job for the same vehicle after it crashed into a ditch.

The vehicle is described as being a green Honda Civic.

The fire is being treated as suspicious.

Police would like to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles or people in or near the Lorneville Dacre Road area in the early hours of Sunday, 20 March.
