Police are in attendance at a crash on Neilson Street in Onehunga.
A vehicle has hit a powerpole and powerlines are down on the road.
No serious injuries are reported however cordons are in place while workers attempt to restore the powerlines.
Traffic is asked to avoid the area this afternoon while this takes place.
