Police can now release the names of the two pedestrians who died following a crash on Lake Terrace,Taupō yesterday.
They were Abigail Vizenti, aged 87 and Arno Vizenti, aged 92, both of Taupō.
Police would like to extend their sympathies to their family and friends.
Enquiries into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
