Notice for next release
Effects of COVID-19 on trade: At 3 November 2021 (provisional) (scheduled for 10 November 2021) will not be published.
This is due to issues with the supply of data from New Zealand Customs Service.
The weekly trade data will be released again from Wednesday 17 November 2021. That release will contain the missing week’s data, as well as all data up to 10 November 2021.

Effects of COVID-19 on trade is a weekly update on New Zealand’s daily goods trade with the world. Comparing the values with previous years shows the potential impacts of COVID-19.
The data is provisional and should be regarded as an early, indicative estimate of intentions to trade only, subject to revision.
We advise caution in making decisions based on this data.
