Emergency services are responding to a truck and trailer crash on the Te Rapa Road on-ramp, Horotiu.
The crash was reported to Police just before 4.50pm.
There are no reports of injury.
The incident is causing an obstruction to one of the northbound lanes.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
