Police can now release the name of the person who died in a forestry incident north of Napier on Wednesday, 30 June.
Jake William Duncan, 23, sadly died while working at a logging work site on Aropaoanui Road in Tangoio.
WorkSafe is currently investigating the incident.
The death will be referred to the Coroner.
Police extend their sympathies to Mr Duncan’s family and friends.
