Emergency services are responding to a serious crash at the intersection of Montana Road and Mangatangi Road in Waikato District.
The crash, involving a car and a motorcycle, was reported to Police at 10.10am.
The motorcyclist is being transported to hospital in a critical condition.
Mangatangi Road is closed between Kaiaua Road and Rawiri Road.
Motorists are asked to take alternative routes.
