Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Pukekohe, Auckland.
Police were notified of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Beatty Road around 6.15pm.
The pedestrian is reported to have serious injuries and has been taken to Auckland Hospital.
The road is closed and diversions are in place at Beatty Road and Regis Park Drive and at Beatty Road and Heights Road.
The Serious Crash Unit has been made aware.
