Emergency services are responding to a crash at the intersection of Weymouth Road and Clendon Place in Manurewa.
The crash, involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, was reported to Police at 4pm.
Initial indications are that a person has sustained injuries.
The road is closed at the crash site and cordons are in place.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
