Nelson Police have today executed a series of warrants in Nelson city following the termination of a five-week operation named Operation Highland.
This investigation focused on the sale and distribution of methamphetamine in the Nelson region.
As a result of the warrants and five-week investigation, four people have been arrested on various drug charges and will be appearing in Nelson District Court today.
Police have so far seized two firearms, drugs, and stolen property from the addresses targeted.
As the operation is ongoing Police are unable to provide any further information at this stage.
