Police can now confirm that one person has died following a serious crash on the Northern Motorway in Belfast, Christchurch.
The crash happened just after midday today.
The Serious Crash Unit has been examining the scene and Police investigations into the cause of the crash are continuing.
At this stage the road is still closed and access to the Northern Motorway should be done via Marshland Road.
