Emergency services are in attendance at a single-vehicle crash on Paraonui Road in Wiltsdown (between Matanuku Road and Youngs Road).
Police were alerted to the crash at about 10.45am.
One person is reported to be in a serious condition.
The road is closed and diversions are in place.
