Police are now in a position to release the name of the woman who died following an incident at Whites Beach in Anawhata, West Auckland on Tuesday (6 October 2020).
She was Anisa Ghanizada aged 23 of Auckland.
The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with Anisa’s family at this extremely difficult time.
