Taupō Police can now confirm the names of the two men who died in a crash on SH1 south of Tokoroa on Tuesday 21 July.
They are 47-year-old Yuezhong Wang and 48-year-old Weiguo Xi, both from Auckland.
Police extend sympathies to their families and friends.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of the crash.
