Statement to be attributed to Detective Inspector Mike Ford:
A second person has been arrested following the murder of a man at a Riccarton Road property on 4 March 2020.
The 23-year-old man was arrested today and will appear in the Christchurch District Court tomorrow charged with murder.
A 58-year-old man has previously been charged with murder and is due to reappear in the Christchurch District Court on 25 March 2020.
