Emergency services are attending a serious crash at the intersection of State Highway 85 and St Bathans Loop Road, near Becks in Central Otago.
Police were alerted to the two vehicle crash at around 3:23pm.
Initial reports state there are serious injuries.
Two helicopters have been dispatched from Dunedin.
State Highway 85 has been closed.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
