Emergency services are responding to a two-vehicle crash on Naseby-Kyeburn Diggings Rd, north of Naseby.
The crash was reported about 6:15pm.
Initial indications are that multiple people have injuries, some serious.
Two rescue helicopters have been deployed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
