SPEAKER: I’m sure members would wish to welcome Roch Wamytan, President of the Congress of New Caledonia, who is to my left, and his delegation, who are present in the gallery.
President Roch Wamytan, accompanied by Assistant Speaker Rurawhe, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
