Police have closed Arthur Porter Drive in Hamilton following a serious two vehicle crash.
Police were first informed of the crash between a dirt bike and truck at 5.15pm.
Diversions are in place at Arthur Porter Drive and Clem Newby Road.
Serious injuries have been reported.
The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance.
Police ask the public to avoid the area and to take alternative routes.
