Part 4A of the Health Act 1956 requires the Minister of Health to establish an independent Parliamentary Review Committee at least every three years to review the National Cervical Screening Programme.
The focus of the review is the continuous quality improvement of components of the National Cervical Screening Programme, with a view to reduce the incidence and mortality rates of cervical cancer.
The report presents the findings and recommendations of the 2025 Parliamentary Review Committee.
