Otaika Road is closed following a single vehicle crash this morning.
Emergency services were called to Otaika Road at around 11.30 am, following reports of a truck hitting a power pole.
One person was taken to hospital in a moderate condition.
Otaika Road is closed between Collingwood Street and Mount Pleasant Road.
Diversions are in place.
The road is expected to remain closed for a number of hours, and motorists are advised to expect delays while we work to clear the scene.
