Motorists travelling on Caversham Valley Road, Calton Hill are advised to expect delays following a crash overnight.
The single vehicle crash near Mornington Road was reported just after 1:10am.
One person sustained serious injuries.
The road is closed northbound and detours are in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible, the road is expected to remain closed for several hours this morning.
