Police are responding to a two-vehicle crash on SH 94 / Te Anau Milford Highway.
The incident was reported to emergency services around 10.30am.
Two people are injured, with ambulance services on scene.
The highway is blocked both ways, and will cause traffic backup.
Motorists are advised to delay travel until the area is cleared.
