Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash in Wellsford in April.
Emergency services responded to the single vehicle crash on Waiteitei Road at about 10.20pm on 23 April.
Sadly, one person died at the scene.
Senior Sergeant Wayne Gear says the Serious Crash Unit has examined the scene and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
“However, Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or who might have dashcam footage.
“It’s highly possible there were a number of other vehicles travelling that stretch of road at that time who may have seen something.
