Two people have serious injuries after a two-car collision at Tuki Tuki, Hastings, this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the crash on Waimarama Road, between McLean and Matangi roads, about 3.45pm.
The road is likely to remain closed for some time while emergency services work at the scene. Traffic management is in place and motorists are advised to expect delays.
Enquiries into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
