Emergency services are attending a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Stancombe Road and Carlos Drive, Flat Bush.
Police were called about 5pm.
Initial indications are that one person may have serious injuries.
The road is closed, with diversions in place, and motorists should avoid the area.
