State highway 1, Waitmate Highway, is closed following a two-vehicle crash.
The road is closed between McNamaras Road and Molloys Road and diversions are in place.
The crash was reported to emergency services at around 5pm.
One person is reported to have serious injuries, and two people are reported to have moderate injuries.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
Police are in attendance.
