Police can confirm one person has died following a crash in Okoia yesterday.
Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash at around 7pm.
Sadly, despite best efforts by emergency services, one person died at the scene.
There were no other reported injuries.
Cordons were put in place while emergency services were at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit has carried out a scene examination and enquiries into the crash are ongoing.
The road reopened at around 10pm.
