On the 12-month anniversary of the October 7th attack on Israel, PSNA is holding two protest vigils against appalling mainstream media bias in reporting on the genocide in Gaza and now Lebanon.

Television New Zealand has been an unfiltered portal for Israeli war propaganda. They did this most egregiously through a 45-minute interview with the Israeli ambassador earlier this year where none of the lies presented by the ambassador were challenged by TVNZ.
TVNZ is following in the footsteps of the BBC and CNN which have been called out by their own journalists for biased reporting.
TVNZ has broadcast Israeli propaganda but has NEVER reported on the debunking of this propaganda.
The Israeli propaganda presented to through mainstream media here includes:
- It was mostly Israeli civilians who were killed on October 7th (Even ABC News in Australia has reported on this debunked lie but a full year on TVNZ is happy to keep telling us porkies)
- Hamas hates Jews and wants to kill every Jew in the world
- The problem started on October 7th with a Hamas attack on Israel
- Hamas beheaded babies, burned babies alive in ovens etc
- Hamas used systematic widespread rape as a weapon of war against Israeli women and children.
- Hamas uses civilians as human shields
- Hamas educates Palestinian children to hate Israelis
- Hamas has hijacked humanitarian supplies which is a key reason Palestinians in Gaza are starving
- Christchurch – media bias protest vigil: Bridge of Remembrance 7pm this evening
“This didn’t start on October 7th last year” will be the theme for the rally in Christchurch which will also talk about media bias and the Stuff newspaper ban on a PSNA advertisement
