State Highway 2 at Whakaki, just north of Wairoa, is closed after a logging truck rolled just after 7 this morning.
Logs are currently blocking the stretch of state highway, west of Hinepua Road, and crews are currently travelling to site.
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi advises road users to avoid this stretch of road and expect delays if travelling in that area.
