BUSINESS STATEMENT
Hon SIMEON BROWN (Deputy Leader of the House): Today, the House will adjourn until Tuesday, 21 May. In that week, the House will consider the second reading of the Whakatōhea Claims Settlement Bill, the committee stages of the Māori Fisheries Amendment Bill, and complete the annual review debate. On Thursday, there will be a special debate on long-term issues informed by select committees’ reports on long-term insights briefings, and Francisco Hernandez will deliver his maiden statement.
