Update 27 April, 8:20am: Commuters heading into Wellington should avoid the Terrace southbound offramp this morning. The off-ramp is now closed due to protest action.
Drivers should avoid the off-ramp and consider using The Terrace Tunnel and other alternative routes when heading into the city.
Traffic delays are likely.
