Emergency services are responding to a serious crash between a car and a motorbike on Mt Eden Rd near the intersection with Mt Albert Rd.
The motorcyclist has sustained critical injuries.
The serious crash unit is in attendance, and cordons are in place on Mt Eden Rd.
Commuters are advised to avoid the area as there may be delays for some time.
