UC is proud to congratulate Professor Bronwyn Hayward on being recognised as the Supreme Winner at the Women of Influence awards.

Professor Bronwyn Hayward was named Supreme Winner at the Women of Influence awards.
On top of being named Supreme Winner at the Women of Influence awards, she won the environment category for her internationally recognised mahi tackling climate change.
A member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, and trailblazer in her field, she is the first political scientist and only New Zealander appointed to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) core writing team and is also a co-ordinating lead author of the IPCC AR6 report (cities & infrastructure).
