Headline: FMA levies changed from 1 July 2021
The levy for filing financial statements on the Companies Register if you’re an FMC reporting entity increased from 1 July, and this affects the total fee you’ll need to pay when you file with us.
The total fee has risen from $235.00 (plus GST) to $240.22 (plus GST).
The change is part of the government’s plan to increase the FMA’s budget to help it fulfil its responsibilities as the financial markets regulator. Levies will increase progressively over a 3-year period between 2020 and 2022. This year’s increase was the second round of FMA levy changes.
