The Taskforce appointed to develop a plan to address issues of systemic and casual racism raised in the Parata Gardiner Report in 2020, presented its report to the University Council on 30 March.
Council unanimously accepted the report and the next step is for the Vice-Chancellor and leadership team to respond to the Council with a detailed work plan and timeline that is informed by this report.
