The Treasury has today announced the appointment of the following joint lead managers to form the panel for the syndication of the 15 May 2026 nominal bond:
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia
- Deutsche Bank AG, Sydney
- UBS AG, Australia Branch
- Westpac Banking Corporation, New Zealand
As previously announced, subject to market conditions, the Treasury anticipates the launch of the new 15 May 2026 nominal bond in the week beginning 1 February 2021. If this occurs, the scheduled bond tender for that week will be cancelled.
The Treasury expects to issue at least NZ$2.0 billion with the transaction capped at NZ$4.0 billion.
