Night gallery lighting up the streets of Christchurch

University of Canterbury graduate, Reuben Woods, of art company Watch This Space, led transformative project – turning the streets of Christchurch into a night gallery by illuminating 11 murals across the city with solar-powered lights.

  • An artwork by Rone on Worcester St in central Christchurch has been lit up at night.

Installation specialists Living Space and sustainable lighting provider Gen Green were key in bringing this project to life. UC graduate Brendan Stafford, one of three working at Gen Green, was also involved in the project.
