9 MARCH 2020FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Taxpayers’ Union is labeling the APEX “union” morally bankrupt for its announcement today that lab workers at laboratories testing for COVID-19 intend to go on strike this Thursday. Responding to the APEX announcement, Taxpayers’ Union spokesman Jordan Williams said:”At a time when the nation should be coming together, it is morally wrong for a union to hold taxpayers over a barrel for a better negotiating position. To use COVID-19 as a bargaining chip is disgraceful and shows the true character of these union leaders.””APEX should see sense, and call an end to this strike immediately.”
